level 2 meeting

I just listened to the level 2 meeting. I already have a good idea what my friday night essence is. I have several so to say irons in the fire. Realizing the timing on each project I find my self playing the waiting game to succeed at my essence. always dependent on some one else’s time schedule or level of priorities. I am succeeding as the self leader I see the envy in my co workers eyes and attitude. I see that they can not stop me from rising to the top, even if it means going through or around them. I see the numbers and already have shown efficiency and production and profit, but as I stated biding my time on someone else’s schedule of importence. Cant wait for next mo lesson.
