You are who you create

After watching the second meeting I knew what I could do personally to improve my productivity at work. I also made arrangements with my managers to study procedures for the whole company and learn where improvements can be made. I’m very excited by the improvements in the way I feel and view of my current situation.And I would like to say that the answer to who I am is so simple but never occurred to me before.
