What To Do?

I am a Homecare Giver, and do not work directly with the company I’m employed by. I am assigned to work with senior clients with disabilities in need of help @ home with daily needs. There is no way I can implement creative thinking into this position to create value. It would not generate value to make more money for myself or the company. I have been employed for 10 years with the company, Previously I worked as a temp administrative assistant for some very high profile companies where this concept of intergrative thinking could have been applied and easily implemented. I desparately need to change jobs, but I’ve lost a great deal of office skills and don’t want to deal with office politics again. What to Do?

For Krystal if I may? You are probably giving creative thinking into this position and some of your clients. We all have a lot to give and your job is not an easy one I’m sure your teaching in some form. Also We all try to make things easier or better. You’re applying creative thinking everyday. I felt the same because I was behind. And I’m older. I was over whelmed. But we just have to get back in the game. Your skills are there. Just brush up on them. We are learning new things now and How exciting! You got this and we have the best people by our side.

Having had some experience as a caregiver, I found my clients needed first and foremost to know I cared and loved them which I believe is evident in your daily challenges. I am new to this form of thinking yet I detect you are progressing toward the positive! I was directing my comment to Krystal Buy will gladly recieve feedback from my mentor.
