TSM

Bill one thing I forgot to state was I have had a few TSM’s, very few and not knowing what I was doing or what to call them. In the past I would look at a situation and think there has to be a better way! Also I tell the kids to step back and look at the problem. Maybe what caused it or what is the ending you want and what it takes to make it happen.
Understand I just need to read and let all soak in.
