The Aha Moment

Seems that some people have a natural visionary ability from an early age. These are our natural problem solvers. I remember making suggestions at brainstorming meetings and having older members continue to say,”Yes, but…” You know the drill….we’ve done that, we’ve tried that, etc. but never did they listen or had the ability to hear the subtle difference in the suggestions. I wasn’t the only one encountering this stuck thinking. If we had no power position we were brushed off as wet behind the ears yet, and needed to live in the trenches long enough to figure out the solutions. Bah humbug…so many of us quit that job or company or even profession as a result of not being listened to. We moved on and made our way without the naysayers. It seems as though Neo Tech is trying to make natural visionary thinkers out of those who find that is not their natural ability. What do you offer for those who already have this ability?
