I have always been a creative type of person. For example, I like to sew my own wall quilts. I can see a project that I want sew in my mind what it looks like even before I have started it. Is this the type of Neothinking that you are talking about? I also think about the steps that I need to take to complete that project. The secret meetings have shown me how to use my already there creative mind even further. I have already used my creative thinking mind to solve a few job related problems at work. I did discuss one idea with my manager at work and she said she would like to hear a few more. The secret meetings encourage me to keep going forward and using my mind even more. Thank you. I always knew that there was a lot more to life than going to work and coming home, and going to work and coming home over and over again. I always knew that is no way for anyone to live. I work as a Patient Care Tech which is a task related job in a hospital. I guess you would consider me being in the medical field. I will use my mind to make the unit I work for better for my co-workers, and submit many ideas to my manager. I guess my question is that I don’t see how any advancement of my current job would be possible. I would help every co-workers lives be better at their place of work, but any advancement at my job does require some kind of college degree in which I do not have.
