One of the things that attracts me to the society is the thinking in numbers. Having run my own business, I am always looking at the numbers. How to improve, but not at the expense of quality or employee morale if at all possible. Love having 10 second miracles. Trying to get more of them into my life because they truly are an “Ah-Hah!” moment.
