Numbers

I have noticed in my everyday job that numbers are a vital step in order for a business to thrive. I noticed in the last 2 months the number of employees who have stayed and how many were trained and did not stay. I am excited to see more employees now and see the company’s progress toward stability just within the last two months. The lesson has made me not only aware of how numbers effect our lives but also how the lesson made me more aware of the company’s process for success. I am happy to witness such a miracle in only two months. It makes you want to move forward and that the future is hopeful and bright.
