Need Help

Hello Bill,I know this is silly to say and I didn’t want to have to ask, but as I am not understanding the concept of the 10 second secret in level 2 I have gone back to level 1 to start again as I feel I have missed something. I should have ask when I was in level 1 over a month ago. What does Mark mean when he said ” over the next week go back into vision one, two and through the Vision climax in your second heirloom package. Study the specific tools again.” Where do I have to go to find this material, I have been looking in my second heirloom package, but what does vision one mean (chapters) if you could please let me know where I can find this, on what page.
