My Grand Plan

Hello Mark, Thanks for the info in meeting number two. I am continuing to work towards value creation. Looking at the numbers side of things should move me closer to that process. I work at a business that has a terrific amount of customers. I see the problem (through integrated thinking) is keeping enough product on the shelves. This business is a 24 hour a day operation, three shifts of(union) workers. Although the company proclaims its store employees as a “team”, I see three teams. Each team has its own set of managers and workers and they all seem to be counterproductive to each other. Looking further into things that happen on a day to day basis I see a number of lazy workers, and a management team that does not perform its job as it should. In addition to my observations I also feel that these harsh economic times has forced the company to run this store with a skeleton crew for each shift. I don’t think that they realize that if they had everyone on the same page, working as one team with additional employees that they would do more business and be able to afford the additional people. The company has over 200 stores in more than three states, I just can’t believe that all of their stores operate this way, if so I feel that they would have been out of business long ago. These problems need to be fixed. As for my part, I am planning to speak to my manager about plans that I have to get more products on the shelves for our customers, when he returns from vacation this week. I have been working for this company for four years. I am not sure about my plans to stay at this company. In the past I had my own company. I was a union tile layer for 10 years and then went in my own business for 20 years. I would still be in that business , but around 2009, when the housing crisis hit, there were no jobs to be had. I had a great reputation for doing fantastic work and a great rapport with my clients. I worked on projects that required advanced knowledge and skill in my trade. I worked on projects for doctors, lawyers and other successful business people. I worked for the Nicholson family,(inventors of bar code technology) 33,000 square foot home and garage museum. I worked in the homes of Mike Illitch,(Little Caesars Pizza, The Detroit Tigers and The Detroit Red Wings Owner). I received contracts for projects for members of the Ford family( Benson Ford, Bill Ford Jr.,Edsel Ford and Elaina Ford). I just couldn’t understand how the jobs stopped coming in. Most of these jobs were through Builders so I did not meet all of these elite people, but the quality of the work I did should have kept the jobs coming in for a long while.I often think that I might start up that business again. It is hard physical work and I am getting older though. In an effort to reinvent myself I took a course and became a certified Locksmith, which may not be necessary in our 12 visions world. If I start this business I can always evolve into another business when the TVP takes over. I have a few options, but I need capital to start either of those businesses. For now I will use my present job as my money making mini-day until I can put together the big puzzle. I am also very interested in the politics of advancing to a protection only government. We need to get those crooked politicians and bureaucrats away from the control of our money and our happiness, so we can free up the geniuses of our time. We need to protect the future Hills and Tuckers so they are free to create products and jobs and become America’s and eventually the worlds heroes. Thanks again for allowing me to enter into the neothink society, and I am looking forward to communicating with you in the future. Until next month I wish you and all of my fellow neothinkers continued health ,wealth, and happiness.
