I have watched and lisened to this level twice and I feel as though I am getting what you are teaching.When I go on with my day I find I need to think think and think again to sort out the process only to find I am not as wise as I felt when I left you and your wonderful lesson.I will continue to go back again until I know I have it complete in my thoughts.IN the mean time I will follow your advice.THINK AND INTEGRATE.
