I really like the part about when you worked as dishwasher and how you realized what the owner needed to change.I have been a machinist for the last 20yrs at the same place.The last couple of years the business has been failing because the son is taking over and he is just lazy and refuses to look for work.He says we have been in business long enough that he shouldn’t have to look for work anymore.Many times I talked to them about what needs to be done to bring work in but they will not listen, I even handed them some leads on jobs but they refuse.Now after reading your books and meetings I have decided it is time I try to start my own shop or buy an exiting one.That might take awhile though because of lack of money.Your books and meetings have helped me get motivated again.
