Thanks for the encouraging and confidence building meeting. I have what I think fits into the 10-sec. miracle category. Once I was having a problem with my cable service. It took three visits from two different service people to solve the problem, and they left a cable box at our place to boot. The paperwork they left made no sense. I came up with a system that would pare down the process to rely on one single base document, which could be initiated by the customer, the call operator, or the technician. This would reduce paperwork, disallow shady employees or sub-contractors from double charging, or making unnecessary trips, and require all equipment to be accounted for. This principle could be parlayed into other applications as well, such as large commercial property holders taking repair and maintenance bids from sub-contractors, and a host of other service based needs. Definitely something high on my list of priorities once I get enough cash flow happening to allow me the time it would require to do respectfully. Thanks Again, Rob
