I believe I have some understanding on how to apply the numbers vision to my workplace. The purpose of my place of work is to produce seats and ship them on time. Because of my unique job, moving parts around the plant, I have a different view. Even more different than the supervisors and managers. They only see what is in their realm of control. Yet I can see what happens in all areas of the plant. I need some more time to truly develop a solid view in numbers, but I have a good idea where to start.
