Exercise results

During the past week, after attending my level2 meeting. I have practiced the exercise and using the thinking in numbers process.The results were breathtaking. I wondered how our company was even in business. Saw so many faults in the process and how we could streamline and increase effiency. I prepared a two page report whcich wa sgiven to the innovation committee, who I suspect, probably either threw in the trash or saved it to plagarize later. My mind felt so different. Was organised,to the point and effiecent. A powerful tool.
