Level 2

I need to broaden my vocabulary. Understanding the meaning behind the words (jargon and metaphors) makes the concepts easier to understand and use. It is the language of a new way of thinking that makes the integrations challenging but understanding this was my “10 Second Miracle”. Things are “snapping together”.

After work and on weekends I often think back to my work week. What happened, what went wrong, or what I could have done differently. I would consider this downstream focus. Two of my ideas are being used saving employees a little time. Could I call my ideas “Mini Ten Second Miracles?”
