I am impressed with the methodology you are utilizing to carefully wean us from the old way to the new way to think. To change the deep seeded/rooted follower mentality to inspire creative leaders, is no easy task. As a teacher and speaker, I too, am learning how you are doing this and when you reach the ultimate methodology to use our brain, I am now certain you will retain most, if not all the new apprentices.
