It was reassuring to learn that fne and 10 second miracles are TOOLS and as such a means to an end and not an end in themselves. This is particularly so for someone like me who is retired in the job sense which reduces or at least shifts the applicability of these tools. The same may be true for the up coming meeting on marketing. This is not a criticism but merely an observation.
