I guess I had my FNE all along

I guess I had my FNE all along and didn’t know it, At least at work. I have always given 120%.I have always played head games with myself to get faster ( I work assembly).And have accomplished it very well. My home life is quite the opposite. I have gotten very introverted over the past 10 years.Really don’t feel good about myself. Since my best girlfriend died I feel I have no one I can trust to tell things to.Therefore I pretty much go to work come home keep grand kids on the weekends to have company.and I do like having them around. What can i do to get me interested in going and doing things again. I am 60 years old. Sharon Jones
