I have a problem with explaining this integrated thinking to my spouse

I have a problem with explaining this integrated thinking to my spouse, especially since I will be attending my first local meeting and he will be escorting me. For the first time I lost my cool, with the anti civilization questions he was asking me because he was not listening to what I was trying to tell him without giving him NT secrets even though he has been my spouse for over twenty-five years, we have had problems with communications because he wants to think in the anti civilization way and I can not and ever have. I have a strong ability in analyzing any situation to find the What IS even before I knew what it was called, and of course other would applaud my thinking or other would think it was negative. Anyway, I did not want to post this on the board because I need an integrated answer not to say my other members would not be able to accommodate me but this is personal and I did not want to involve many people. Do you have any suggestions that I could implement to make my spouse feel comfortable as he escort me to the meeting other than the suggestion that he could just drop me off. Please any advice you render me would be greatly appreciated. Thank-you.
