10 second miracle

I have already been using the 10 second miracle in my life and never realized what it was. My love is real estate. Determining how I want to do it is my hold up. I already have one apartment complex. I would like to have another one and some other rentals. I also like the idea of ecommerce, but that is challenging for me. I have been reading the books haven’t made it through all of them yet.
