Finding Your Friday-Night Essence Exercise

Another simple, but effective method in finding your FNE:
1. Sit by yourself in a comfortable chair, close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Relax completely. Imagine your life with the following attributes: You are fabulously wealthy, live in a large beautiful home with all the luxurious amenities you could fathom, you have a wondrous spouse and children (if so desired). You are in great physical and mental health. It is morning, and you are breakfasted and ready to go. What is it that you would like to do for the rest of the day and week.
Truly imagine these circumstances, feel them, and let your mind take you to the rest of the day/week. When you arrive there, stop and write your answer on paper and list it as Day #1.
Repeat this exercise for a complete week.
Something amazing really happens. Your Day #1 is usually enormously different than Day #7! This exercise allows the power of your subconscious mind to dig deeper into who you really are, and the goals that would “complete” you at this stage of your life.
