I understand the basic concept

When I worked for the Department of Corrections as a supervisor my basic function was to get my officers to attend work, I did this by applying supervisor techniques that allowed my officers to have free reign in some area. As a result my attendance numbers were higher that any other unit at the prison I worked at. I often looked at the numbers of attendance and determined how to increase them. I noticed that on my days off the numbers were lower than on the days than when I worked. I continued with my technique of supervision and my numbers increased with many officers asking for overtime on the days I worked increasing my numbers even higher.

What I’m having trouble with now is I don’t currently have a job as I am a disabled veteran and am unable to work is finding numbers in my everyday life as it is now. I’m not sure where to look.
