I have just completed Level 2 Meeting and would like to share my thoughts from the meeting.

An understanding of one’s strengths and limitations together with a belief in one as capable and effective are essential to self-determination.
Pleasant words are sweet and healing (Proverbs 16:23-24). Jesus said that HE came in order that we might b=have and enjoy life (John 10:10). Begin to operate in the mind of Christ, and you will step into a Whole new Realm of Living!

Knowledge is Power if Applied!
As a Self-Leader, It is imperative to have ingredients, and one being (Determination—-Talking your way through do not cut the Mustard. It must be put into Visible Action. Example: Miss Annabelle’s Geniuses on Educating her students.
Self-Determination Theory indicates that intrinsic motivation (doing something because it is inherently interesting or enjoyable), and thus higher quality learning, flourishes in contexts that satisfy human needs for competence, autonomy, and relatedness.
• Students experience competence when challenged and given prompt feedback.
• Students experience autonomy when they feel supported to explore, take initiative and develop and implement solutions for their problems.
• Students experience relatedness when they perceive others listening and responding to them. When these three needs are met, students are more intrinsically motivated and actively engaged in their learning.
