Earlier today before I began my second meeting I was thinking back to my past jobs and were I went wrong i`d done every task that I was suppose to the way I was suppose to do them which I thought was the right way so I could move smoothly throughout my day without any mistakes or complaints for my external authorities and the more I tried to do right the more things went wrong then noticed the people who deliberately did everything wrong set me an others like me back I was furious went I got let go and blamed those people for my misfortune but as I was think about what went wrong I realized that it wasn’t those people who did their job wrong it was the company itself and those people were just trying to survive to see another paycheck the company itself was completely disjointed designed for everyone to fail which made complete sense only those more integrated than others stood a chance at permanent positions which made me think why didn’t those higher ups who started at ground floor level do something about this I don’t know if their neocheaters or not but I decided to go back and work for the same company using the tools you so graciously provided me and do a complete 180 degree turn so that everyone can do more than just cheat each-other out of a crummy paycheck and hopefully recognize what I doing stand tall and create some values of their own
