I’m thankful for this valuable information. It has really opened my understanding about the way things are operating around me and how I can (even if my superiors object) become effective in my place of position. I too was one of those persons who was not able to identify my Friday Night Essence. After reading the heirloom books and other information i changed my major in school. This was not a planned change it just happened and I embraced it and as a result I believe this was where I should have been because now my full potential is being utilized and gifts that lay dormant will now have a chance to thrive. It made me feel so energized and I felt like I came back to life. So my Friday-Night Essence is being birthed.
