Scheduling

Greetings,
I have been integrating what I have learned into my current work processes, and sometimes wish I could take time to put more R&D into my money making projects… the hurdle is time. I already work a minimum of 12 hours per day and use the before/after/weekend to review, introspect, study, learn new, integrate where I can and then plan the schedule for the next work week. It is obvious that I need to integrate my offline time into an overall schedule that allows me to integrate my NSSM time, NT reading time, recreational time into all that I do. I understand life is an orchestrated schedule of work, play, and personal priorities… with all the excitement I sometimes lose focus and bounce around between the seemingly important _things_ in life that are in front of you at the moment. This impacts the attempt to follow through with a mini-day scheduling process. With a service oriented business that appears to be 75% operational tasks my ability to streamline appears to lean towards my ability to schedule and breakdown those tasks to be integrated into my mini-day.
Question: incoming phone calls and requests for clarifications from people taking instructions from me impact/interupt my schedule the most. Does anyone have a business that deals with this, and if so, what methods do you use outside of setting the phone to DND (do not disturb) and closing your door so people do not interupt out of convenience?
Regards,
Richard
