my ten second miracle

I have not been a neo think member for long.i just learned what a ten second miracle is.I have had many in my life and did not even know it.the one i will tell you about happened at work.we took an order for a part,at that time(was not a neo think member,never even heard of neo think)had to be made by hand.We had complex machines that were able to make the part,but on such short notice we made it by hand.This job fell on me the boss had us wrap the part by hand around a shaft,this was very dangerous,your hand would cramp,if you lost your balance you would fall into the lathe and hit your head,to make matters worse you would have to run the part twice as long to get one good part.One day i said to myself i am not going to risk my head and my fingers any more,so i started to go through many different ways to make it.Then it hit me like a hammer(yes ten seconds),i used our machines to do ALL of the work,as a result of my ten second miracle,i not only cut labor 60%,i also cut the scrape rate so low that for every 50 parts we lost 3 parts,this was such a huge time/money saver that the customer orders in lots of 600.In my opinion ten second miracles could also come from thinking this way:how could i improve the job(or your dream)to make my life easy(or to make your dream that much closer to reality).Thank you for reading my long winded comment.
