10 second miracle

I feel I do experience the 10 second miracle in my songwriting. I wrote and composed a song titled Prophecy Keepers which was nominated to the Canadian Music Awards in 2007. We did not win but it was one of my greatest personal achievements. I did not use one brain cell to write or compose this song. I just wrote what was given to me. How does this work? Where does it come from because these questions still need answered and I used to think maybe they came from God or the matrix.
