Level # 2

I was so very excited to see I had progressed to Level # 2. I understand what you are saying, the numbers and the whole picture. I wonder sometimes if my essence will come in the business I am in now as for the past few years the whole system has been getting me down. We work for a school board providing service in transportation. It seems to me that at this point you are dictated how much you are paid for the service and yet are required to spend more and more money to accomadate the rules they want us to follow. They want this — they want that — but do not provide the money to expand to this level. What we do for maintenance – upkeep – employees for our own standard, comes out of our pocket but no increase in money. We have our values and take pride in our equipment etc. but we are getting nowhere ahead money wise. I am following your integrations and asking myself if this will work in our business ( both my husband and I work together as self employers ) because everything has been cut back and with equipment, it depreciates and what are you left with??
While you own equipment, a person should be making enough to expand and get ahead but at this point, instead it is going down hill. I am trying hard to look at the whole picture and just as you say Mark, it is going to take a lot of practise and hard work before the 10 second miracle will come to me.
Thank you for this 2nd level meeting. I will be going over it again and again as it gives me much hope. Looking forward even now to level # 3. By the way, I find it is hard to focus when you have people around you that are dominant and try to push their thoughts of how the business should be run when you have your own ideas. Unless we are on the same level, then it is very tiring and frustrating and your mind gets weary with the struggle. Your meetings do keep me on the level to remind myself to keep focusing.
